5 WTF moments from The Walking Dead episode 1008

The season 10 midseason finale of The Walking Dead went out with a big WTF moment! Let’s pause and reflect on everything that made this midseason finale crazy!
Season 10 episode 8 of The Walking Dead had some crazy twists and turns. Social media erupting after with people sharing their opinions of the ending an epic first half of this season. Some fans said it was great but it felt a little lacking and I have to agree. This wasn’t a bad episode by any means but I think I know why fans felt it was a little off the mark.
As viewers, we have known for quite a while about the horde Alpha has. We don’t know where it is but we know they have one and we know it is large. The ending reveal might not have knocked our socks off because since we did know about this huge herd, it was less of a shocking moment and more of an “oh, there it is!.” Also mixed with some slight annoyance on how it was found as well, making the episode fall a little flat.
Even though it may have fallen short of expectations for some fans, this was still an action-packed episode full of crazy moments that left us talking. This episode was meant to be a huge build-up for what is going to be an insane second half of the season!
Before we hop into the top moments, let’s chat about a special honorable mention! This time I’m including a nice moment. I’m including this because when I realized what was in the scene I said to myself, ” WTF how can this get any cuter!.” I’ve never included a happy moment because normally we give oooohs and ahhhs but this was so darn cute it made me curse but from delight!
That scene is Aaron and Gracie! I didn’t even catch the cute thing on my first watch, it was my second viewing that I saw she was wearing a glove to match Aaron’s metal arm! Kids are known to be brutally honest from time to time especially on a show like this (I’m looking at you Rachel) but also to be the light of their parent’s life. This little girl is precious and needs to be protected at all costs.
