3. Walker Siddiq!

Sometimes as fans of The Walking Dead we have to sit back and say, “Why do I watch this show and let it damage my heart so much?” Yeah, this was most certainly one of THOSE moments. My heart fell to the pit of my stomach just seeing and hearing walker Siddiq. Having him go for Coco though? This is hard to write and think about again.

I’ve written in previous lists that I would imagine it would be so difficult to kill walkers, at least at the start, because they still have a human appearance. These days on The Walking Dead however it’s very rare to actually see a beloved character fully turn. Towards the start of the series, it was common but now that our crew has the hang of things it rarely gets that far.

The entire scene itself was nerve-wracking, I am at least a small bit thankful that while Dante was a crazy Whisperer he at least let Rosita put Coco in the bathtub. We all know other whisperers would not care in any way shape or form if she was holding a baby if anything it would make her an easier target.

Also seeing Rosita have to abruptly put down Siddiq was heartbreaking. She was given no choice and it is so instinctual to kill walkers that it took her a second to even realize what she had done. The look on her face was devastating, but she also got to beat up Dante, so at least we got the pleasure of that.

Speaking of Dante, let’s dive into number 2!
