The first eight episodes from season 10 of The Walking Dead put many characters under the microscope. Here are five who stood out the most!

The first half of season 10 has been one of my favorite eight-episode spans of The Walking Dead in years. As a returning fan who had mostly checked out during seasons 6-9, season 10 hooked me right back in and some of the main reasons are these particular characters and their arcs.

Many of the episodes put characters in interesting situations which challenged them in ways they had never experienced before. Others were forced to look at situations familiar to them in entirely new ways.

So far, season 10A as had some intriguing arcs for many of the characters, which makes it difficult to pick only five individual characters who stood out the most from episode 1001 through episode 1008 of the series.

With numerous characters changing in different ways, many fans of The Walking Dead would likely have their own list of five who changed the most, and  I know not everyone will agree with my choices, but here are my personal top 5.
