Which Disney princesses would survive on The Walking Dead?

SELFIE! – In “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” Vanellope von Schweetz hits the internet where she encounters and then befriends the Disney princesses. Filmmakers invited the original voice talent to return to the studio to help bring their characters to life, including Sarah Silverman (Vanellope in “Ralph Breaks the Internet”), Auli‘i Cravalho (“Moana”), Kristen Bell (Anna in “Frozen”), Idina Menzel (Elsa in “Frozen”), Kelly MacDonald (Merida in “Brave”), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in “Tangled”), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana in “The Princess and the Frog”), Ming-Na Wen (“Mulan”), Irene Bedard (“Pocahontas”), Linda Larkin (Jasmine in “Aladdin”), Paige O’Hara (Belle in “Beauty and the Beast”), and Jodi Benson (Ariel in “The Little Mermaid”). ©2018 Disney. 5. Jasmine!

Aladdin was the first Disney movie that I saw where I was just totally captivated by the story and all the characters. As a child, I thought Jasmine was just the princess to beat, as an adult I do a facepalm at the fact she still did end up marrying someone she just met after all that fuss. I still find her character to be a spitfire who would give any villain or walker a run for their money.

Jasmine is a princess who was not shy in any way and would stand up for what she wanted. She told her father exactly what she thinks about all the airheaded princes that she has met and she even sasses Jafar who is quite intimidating. Her quote, “I am not a prize to be won!” is something that has stuck with me and other children well into adulthood!

She may be a princess and gorgeous but she is her own person and belongs to nobody. Her judgemental is great, even with Aladdin asking if she trusts him you can see her inquisitive nature. We might not see a lot of hand-to-hand combat but I have no doubts she would adapt to life in the zombie apocalypse! She would not be run over by any person and she would stand up for what’s right.

If all magic is taken from this story it doesn’t take away who Jasmine is as a person or what she stands for. It might take away some of the journey to the end, however, this is a person who I am confident would have a sit down with their father at some point at getting something figured out about getting married. Offer her a magic apple or a spell for her father and you’re getting a door slammed in your face.

Now for her placement, the Kingdom! For some reason, I can see her being King Ezekiel’s sassy daughter and I am here for that. Not to mention, if we bring Jasmine we have to bring Rajah! It would be amazing for the lovely Shiva to meet Rajah, no doubt they would be the best of friends. With how open and welcoming the Kingdom was to start with, she would adore everything about the kingdom. I could also see her and Nabilla being good friends!
