10. Anna

I’m fully aware Frozen fans might be coming for me right now, but please hear me out first! I adore the movie Frozen, I think Elsa and Anna are great characters and siblings. However, I’m judging Anna here alone as if Elsa was not in the picture and I believe that bumps her down my list quite far.

My main issue here is with her judgment, it’s certainly not nearly as low as trading your voice and fin to a sea witch or biting into a strangers apple, but it is still quite flawed. I love her excitement about the kingdom opening it’s doors for the first time in years and her getting to meet people. I also love the love she has for her sister.

However, in this movie, it makes it very clear why you should never marry someone you just met. They could be an actual villain just out to get what you have because they want it. If she didn’t have Elsa in her story and it was just Anna, this princess could have died at the hands of her new husband in some wild twist.

This is probably the first princess in my list that can hold her own! Anna is a fighter and she certainly wouldn’t be going down quickly. Fighting isn’t the only thing to the apocalypse however, and falling for a villain could have her ending up like Andrea and the governor and that would be a disaster.

Since I have judged her solely based on her actions, it takes magic nearly out of the equation. If anything taking the magic away would make her grow up in a more stable environment, it might bump her up the list as her sisterly bond would be even stronger!
