Which Disney princesses would survive on The Walking Dead?

SELFIE! – In “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” Vanellope von Schweetz hits the internet where she encounters and then befriends the Disney princesses. Filmmakers invited the original voice talent to return to the studio to help bring their characters to life, including Sarah Silverman (Vanellope in “Ralph Breaks the Internet”), Auli‘i Cravalho (“Moana”), Kristen Bell (Anna in “Frozen”), Idina Menzel (Elsa in “Frozen”), Kelly MacDonald (Merida in “Brave”), Mandy Moore (Rapunzel in “Tangled”), Anika Noni Rose (Tiana in “The Princess and the Frog”), Ming-Na Wen (“Mulan”), Irene Bedard (“Pocahontas”), Linda Larkin (Jasmine in “Aladdin”), Paige O’Hara (Belle in “Beauty and the Beast”), and Jodi Benson (Ariel in “The Little Mermaid”). ©2018 Disney. 9. Belle

I did struggle quite a bit with my placement of Belle and Anna, ultimately I put Anna at number 10 because alone she could very well be dead. Belle while not a physical fighter can hold her own. She is witty, very intelligent, and she has a heart of gold.

Belle grew up feeling like an outcast because of how she chose to live her life. She was a bookworm, confident, and overall a very passionate person. Her goal wasn’t to meet a man and fall in love. It was to go on adventures and find friends that could love her for who she really was. I find that to be very admirable.

When her father is captured and held prisoner, she finds him and takes his place. This is a quality we could use in someone on The Walking Dead. She adores her father and would do anything for him. She isn’t about to be trampled on, sassing the beast more than once leaving him appalled. She would make a fine council member for us!

Taking away the magic in this story likely means the beast is human. It doesn’t take away anything from Belle or who she is as a person. While she doesn’t fight with her fists or with weapons in the film I do not doubt that this is a princess who would train heavily and kick some serious walker hide if we needed her too! The reason why she is lower on the list is that I just can’t get past her falling in love with the beast in some weird Stockholm type relationship.
