Even if the Undertaker wasn’t the legend he is, “The Dead Man” would likely make this list based on his nickname alone. When it comes to legacies, few are more recognizable than Mark Calaway’s WWE persona.

No matter what happens to the Undertaker, he always seems to sit up and keep fighting. Whatever force is driving him to fight the urge to stay down in a hard-fought battle is powerful enough to make him overcome even the toughest opponents. Undertaker recently revealed his inspiration for the character are based on horror icons Michael Myers and Jason Voorhees, both of whom are known for taking insane amounts of physical punishment and pushing forward.

At 54 years old, Taker is still wrestling on a part-time basis, taking part in major pay per views in high-profile matchups that draw millions of viewers. But he still hits all the moves people love like the Tombstone Piledriver, Last Ride, and Old School while still showing athleticism with moves like his suicide dive from inside the ring to the ground.
