Which Christmas movie characters would survive on The Walking Dead?

RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER--Narrated by Burl Ives, who is also heard as the voice of Sam the Snowman, this favorite is a music story based on the popular song of the same name by Johnny Marks. 2. Yukon Cornelius

First and foremost, I will gladly give Rudolph his honorable mention. I know for some I have committed a Christmas crime by not using him on my list. Rudolph is an amazing character that would put the CGI deer to absolute shame on any day. On The Walking Dead, everyone has a purpose and him and Hermey would be more than welcome on the show.

However, one star in this show shined so brightly I couldn’t get him out of my head. Yukon Cornelius. Another thing possibly considered a Christmas crime is that I only recently saw this movie. As an adult, the way Rudolph and Hermey were treated just infuriated me, I was fuming at this little cartoon. When those two ran away, I was quite happy for them.

Then they come across the most epic arctic prospector who ever lived, Yukon. They all three just seem to fit right in and become great friends who care about each other genuinely no matter the differences they have and it’s a nice thing to see. Yukon is beyond quirky, he is a crazy pick ax-wielding survivalist willing to search for months for his friend and save him at all costs.

While he does use a pickaxe, on his belt he has a gun. Walkers? If this man can tame bumbles (abominable snowmen), walkers would be a piece of cake. Yukon is so great he doesn’t even need to use his firearm. He has a great heart, he would sacrifice himself for a friend, he could kill zombies, and he is hilarious, what more could you want on The Walking Dead in a character?

He doesn’t snag the top spot because I don’t think he has the attention span for it, he has better things to do than be on my list. I would put Yukon in the Kingdom because they could use a comic relief after what they have been through. Maybe he could tame the walkers, either way, we believe in you, Yukon!
