Which Christmas movie characters would survive on The Walking Dead?

6. Jake Wilkinson

Jake Wilkinson from I’ll Be Home For Christmas safely secures number 6 on my list. This character is one that some, including myself, might have found unlikable for a good portion of the movie. He invites his girlfriend on a vacation for Christmas going directly against her wishes as she wants to see her family. He also makes his own family sad, because he rarely visits after leaving for college.

After his dad bribes him into coming home for the holiday he finally agrees to come. Now this a character that is a smooth talker, and that can land him in trouble. Right before time to leave he is dropped in the middle of the desert with a Santa costume glued to him. Everything seems to be going against him.

Yet he somehow manages to finesse his way across the entire country from California to New York making it home just in the nick of time! By the end of his story after all of his small side adventures within this huge journey he learns the meaning of family, and love and it’s a nice evolution to watch.

He would be a nice addition to The Walking Dead because he is a quick thinker and a problem solver. He could get out of many situations involving enemies and possibly even small ruts the communities find themselves in. Having him as a pair of fresh eyes overseeing a plan would be nice. He doesn’t climb higher than six, because the smooth-talking could also land the communities in a bad spot.
