Using The Walking Dead universe as our guide, before planning for a zombie apocalypse, it’s best to know what to avoid, first.

If you’re planning on surviving a zombie apocalypse, one of the first things you should do is sit down and write a list of all the things that you’ll need to avoid, and then, how you intend to avoid them. It’s a simple but great way to start to prepare.

Lucky for all of you, I’m giving you one to get you started.

In this week’s The Walking Dead, Survival Rule Of The Week, I will cover a few of what I think are some of the biggest things you need to avoid in a zombie apocalypse, and more importantly, ways you can avoid these hazards.

Most of these will entail things to avoid in the beginning of the apocalypse, and, as time wears on, some things to avoid may change, or new things will be added, but, most of these are likely to hold true well into the apocalypse, so, hang on to these. Who knows? They might save your life.
