Addy (Kelley Mack)

Out of the three Hilltop teens introduced in season 9, Addy was always the one who seemed to want to do the right thing. Whether it’s walking away while Gage and Rodney play games with the pit walker or trying to convince Henry to let Lydia go in exchange for Alden and Luke, Addy never seemed to have bad intentions.

That leads me to believe that if she survived the pikes, perhaps she would be able to keep Gage in check when it came to his antics against Lydia. Gage is an ignorant and dumb kid, and having someone like Addy around to keep him in line probably would have prevented things from escalating as far as they did with Lydia.

Having lost Henry – someone she clearly had feelings for – perhaps Addy would dedicate herself to contributing to the fight against the Whisperers. We saw her take down a walker or two in season 9, so she’s clearly capable of holding her own on the battlefield.

Just like Henry and Rodney, it’s devastating to lose a young character with such potential and room to grow, but that’s The Walking Dead for you.
