A hand breaks through the ground in a trailer for the second half of The Walking Dead season 10 but who could that appendage belong to?
Fans have seen a lot of things happen on The Walking Dead. The zombie survival drama series has pushed the limits of television and given people lots of stuff to discuss at the watercooler after particularly powerful episodes.
More installments of the popular show are bound to provide stunning, heartbreaking, and emotional moments for viewers and several of them could be coming in the second half of the show’s tenth season.
One such moment might be happening in one of the upcoming episodes if a teaser video for season 10B offers any hint about what is happening inside the walls of their communities. Take a look at the preview video as shared by The Walking Dead on AMC on Twitter and the 14-second mark to see what could be a huge moment in an upcoming episode:
There are some major threats to the survivors out there. The Whisperers not only planted a spy in their communities but have massacred several folks to prove a point that their land isn’t to be walked upon by those not following Alpha’s rules. Illness has run through the community. But now another threat could be inside the walls.
It appears as though someone wasn’t stabbed in the head before going into a grave. A shallow hole isn’t going to keep a hungry walker down, as a hand rose up through the dirt in surprising fashion.
It’s unclear as to who this hand could belong to. The survivors on the show are usually very careful when someone passes away to make sure they don’t come back as a walker. However, there are some interesting options as to who it could be and thoughts of it being Dante, Siddiq, Margo, Cheryl, and others have made their way through social media along with much less likely (or frankly impossible) options like Carl, Glenn, or Abraham.
Not only that but what if it is NOT a dead person? It could be an ambush planned at night with a member of the Whisperers hiding there until night to infiltrate the group and cause more damage from within.
This quick teaser video offers a lot to pick apart and since The Walking Dead returns in about a month, there is plenty of time to speculate about a lot of the things fans have seen leading up to the second half of season10.
