As if fans of The Walking Dead weren’t worried enough about what is to come in the second half of season 10, the newly released key art adds more intensity.
Season 10 of The Walking Dead is set to return in about a month but there is still plenty of time to speculate on what is to come and try to figure out which survivors are in danger during the upcoming eight episodes.
While key art doesn’t usually give anything away in terms of spoilers or hints at what is to come, some newly released promotional images definitely should make the hair stand up on the back of fans’ necks.
Check out some of the key art for the upcoming season as shared on the official Twitter account of Skybound’s The Walking Dead:
It’s interesting to note the expression on everyone’s faces. Michonne looks more concerned and Daryl looks like he’s focused. However, it’s the two remaining key art releases that should have fans the most concerned.
A one-on-one showdown between Alpha and Carol seems to be inevitable in season 10 and this key art shows those two survivors aggressively ready to fight with intense looks on their distressed faces.
To take things a step further, the Alpha key art is the only vertical image of the group. Hopefully, this isn’t a sign that she will be the last person standing from the individuals shown. There is some hope though, as there does seem to be some possibility the leader of the Whisperers is in pain instead of ready to fight.
There is something extra intimidating about the face that was made by these survivors. Of course, that is because season 10 should bring out the best and the worst of these survivors.
Don’t miss the return of season 10 of The Walking Dead when it comes back on Feb. 23 on AMC to find out what happens to our favorite survivors in the zombie apocalypse.
