Patrick Mahomes

Not only is Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes one of the most electric players in the NFL, but he is also considered to be one of the nicest guys in all of football. While that seems like it would be a helpful trait to have, it also makes me worried about how Mahomes would fare in the cutthroat world of The Walking Dead.

Sure, Mahomes is a tough guy that can compete with the best of them. But is he strong enough to maintain his kindness when surrounded by the death and tragedy that is a constant in The Walking Dead? Characters like Glenn proved to us that some people can hold onto their humanity despite the harsh environment, but many others have shown that the apocalypse broke them down mentally.

In terms of physicality, though, Mahomes would thrive on The Walking Dead. He’s tall, strong, and deceptively quick on his feet. Mahomes would be a great soldier to have on your side if your group ever came into conflict with another society. I’m sure Daryl, Carol, and the rest of the survivors would love to have someone like Mahomes fighting for them against the Whisperers right about now.
