The Walking Dead releases very telling 10B photos on social media

The Walking Dead released very telling pictures to their social media. Let’s dive into four of the photos we see what we can gather about future episodes!

With February 23rd growing closer The Walking Dead is releasing more content and hints by the day. This week we were fortunate to get several sets of photos from The Walking Dead’s official Twitter account, within these releases are two posts I want to discuss. These posts hold so much information it’s impossible to not speculate about what is happening.

The first post below is of Yumiko. As you can see, in this photo of her alone she has a horse by her side and it seems to be packed with items needed in a journey. It’s important to take note of the caption and the look on her face.

She seems to be somewhat in awe, and disbelief. As if she isn’t quite sure of what is in front of her or she cannot grasp it.

This ties directly into one of the next photos I want to look at.

In the photo that includes Yumiko, we can see that she is accompanied by Eugene and King Ezekiel on this journey and now they all are looking at something rather unbelievable. When you take clues from The Walking Dead comic as well as future confirmed AMC events this could give us a few different ideas surrounding the journey.

Eugene is not typically a person our group sends on a long journey and certainly not now, as he is manning the communications of Hilltop. This could indicate he tries to find the mystery woman he spoke with on the radio. We also know that Maggie will be coming back, so is this a journey to meet with her and bring her and others back for help to our communities in this trying time?

No matter what the reason is for the trip they take, it’s always possible they run into something or someone that gives them such awestruck looks. In this case with our current timeline, I see two very real possibilities. They could run into a commonwealth guard, in their full armor that would certainly puzzle our characters (as well as some fans) as it’s a very unique look.

Another person they could run into along the way is one that would floor anybody: Princess! Imagine nearly a decade into the apocalypse being greeted by a very outspoken woman with purple hair and a pink fuzzy jacket! We can see in the photos while Yumiko seems to be taken aback in the first image, and she is more guarded and holding her weapon in the second. This could be her taking precautions with Princess.

Now let’s dive into what is possibly the most important photo released: Angry King Ezekiel fighting back! While your eye is automatically drawn to the fight and rage written on the face, the most important thing is in the background. JERRY LIVES! This is the first sighting of Jerry outside of the cave! While this doesn’t rule out a bite wound, it does rule out Jerry never leaving the cave, which will certainly help me sleep better at night.

Last in the set is a photo of Gamma and at first glance, it seems to be just a simple photo, but when you look closely at her face and her body posture this can be the most telling of all. She is not wearing her mask, and with no other whisperers present, I can’t imagine Alpha asked her to do this. Gamma is half-smiling but seems unhinged. This could be a hallucination of her sister.

However, since Gamma is out in the open with an odd expression and no mask this brings up the questions who’s side is she on and what is she looking at? It could be that her oppressor Alpha’s head is on a pike in front of her and she isn’t sure how to react. Happy Alpha is gone, scared about comes next for her. I’m very eager to find out the context behind this one!

With The Walking Dead returning in just a few weeks I hope we receive more clues about events in the back half of season 10. With all the content we are receiving it seems to be shaping up to be something incredibly epic that we have never seen before!
