In the world of The Walking Dead, no characters are ever safe and these five characters have a lot to be worried about in the second half of season 10.

The Walking Dead has always been known for being the show where no one is safe. With the Whisperer War coming in the second half of season 10, the odds have never been higher. Alpha is determined to emerge victorious but the survivors aren’t going to go down without a fight. With any major conflict, though, comes casualties. Let’s look at some of the characters who should be worried heading into 10B.

In terms of casualty count, the first half of season 10 was relatively quiet. The biggest death was that of Siddiq, the beloved Alexandria doctor whose arrival to the community was timed to Carl’s death. Years later, he was a figurehead for the community and a hard-working doctor and father to Rosita’s baby, Coco.

Two other deaths that impacted the trajectory of 10A were Gamma’s sister and Dante. Gamma’s sister was close to having a breakdown after abandoning her baby at Hilltop. Her death allowed Gamma to rise through the ranks while Gabriel killed Dante to give closure to a grieving Rosita. Neither Gamma’s sister nor Dante were “major” characters but they definitely made impacts for the people around them, and we will no doubt experience fallout from their losses in 10B.

With less than a handful of major deaths in the first half of the season, there is every reason to believe that 10B will be bloody, and some characters should be more concerned than others.
