What is the top thing to anticipate in The Walking Dead season 10B?
By Adam Carlson
The Walking Dead is set to return from its season 10 break on Sunday and there are plenty of great storylines to look forward to watching play out.
Tension has been high in season 10 of The Walking Dead as the Whisperers have been wreaking havoc on the communities by not only taking much of the land they hunt and travel on but also ruthlessly killing quite a few of the survivors in the process.
The final eight episodes from season 10 are set to kick off on Sunday and there should be some resolutions to the problems at hand as well as other issues coming up for our favorite characters to tackle.
With so much going on in the popular AMC zombie drama, there is a lot to look forward to. But what should be on the top of your wishlist for season 10B? We posed that question to our panel of The Walking Dead experts. Here is what they had to say:
Sara L. says
PRINCESS! From the moment she was introduced to the comics I longed to see her in the television show. She is an incredible character with an iconic entrance and I love everything about her. While I love the Whisperers and their whole storyline and really do not want it to end, I can’t help but want to skip the entire war just to see this purple hair royalty!
Joe says
There are plenty of storylines that I am excited to see play out in season 10B, but right now I am most intrigued about the teases of the Commonwealth and what role they will play in the overall narrative of The Walking Dead.
While the community’s existence hasn’t necessarily been confirmed, all signs point to the group showing up sooner rather than later based on Eugene’s radio conversations, the incoming introduction of Princess, and clips in the trailer of Yumiko, Eugene, and Ezekiel on the road. The Commonwealth storyline was the final major focus in the comics, so it will be interesting to see if the show starts to plant the seeds of some sort of endgame as season 10B goes on.
Could Maggie’s return be connected to the Commonwealth? Are some survivors headed there in the hopes of curing Ezekiel’s possible cancer diagnosis? There are so many ways this could go, and I am interested to see how it all plays out alongside the Whisperer War in season 10B.

There is a lot going on with the cave, Michonne, Negan, and more on the show, but what I really want to see is a real face-to-face between Carol and Alpha. Not something with everyone else around, but a one-on-one showdown where they actually have a chance to do a little brawling would be a great payoff to the feud.
The zombie apocalypse isn’t big enough for both of them. And that is one fight that could be amazing to watch play out in the second half of season 10.
What are you looking forward to the most in the second half of The Walking Dead season 10? Do you agree with Sara L., Joe, or Adam? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section!
