Do The Walking Dead teasers reveal a big death for 10B?

Season 10 of The Walking Dead has already been epic, but with the war nearly in full swing, there is no doubt we will lose someone. Does one teaser hint at a certain death?

With the back half of season 10 of The Walking Dead starting very soon, fans are scouring through the newly released teasers to find clues about what the back half of the season will hold. One teaser in particular piqued my interest and it might reveal some clues about a major death.

The teaser features a few clips pieced together, and one of them is Kelly and Alden with a baby trapped in what appears to be a car surrounded by walkers.

If you pause this video at 19 seconds, you can see this perilous scene. This leads to many questions and the biggest one of all being, who is the baby? Adam or Coco? The clues given so far indicate it could be either one.

In this same trailer, if you pause at seconds 13 and then 14 you can see a battle is taking place at Kingtop, you can see the walls in the background. You can also find that in these two seconds you can see both Kelly and Rosita are present for the battle. We also have just the general knowledge that Alden is a Kingtop resident as well as Adam’s caregiver Earl.

This is going to be a massive war, and no doubt we are going to have some casualties. From how this looks, either Earl or Rosita could be in some very big trouble. It is very important to note, there are other teasers and photos, and in them, we see Rosita in quite a few other scenes while we do not see Earl at all.

Upon diving a little deeper into the promos, I notice that Rosita is wearing an armored shirt when present for the Kingtop war. Then we see her back in Alexandria wearing the same shirt with an injury. This, in combination with the fact I don’t believe she would knowingly take her baby into a war zone, I don’t believe this baby is Coco.

Other indicators, while smaller and debatable, are if Rosita got in trouble considering Eugene is beside her in war, it’s more believable that he would be the one to take Coco and try to protect her. This baby also seems to have thick light hair which would be another indicator of Adam.

Alden is no doubt a right hand to Earl so if Earl was in trouble I don’t hesitate in saying he would trust Adam to Alden. If Earl were to die in war, and Alden witnessed this he would also immediately assume responsibility for Adam as well. Overall I do believe Earl would die for Adam, so to see people other than Earl saving him is very concerning.

Unfortunately, this could also indicate a much bigger death, and that is the death of Kingtop. Since we know a battle happens at this location and that Alpha has archers who have fire on their arrows, this could mean Alden and Kelly fled with Adam because this location is now compromised.

With Kingdom gone, and Kingtop hanging in the balance, I’m not sure what this will mean for our survivors. While I hope we get out of this war with as little casualties as possible, these teasers seem to be telling a different story. On the bright side when 10b of The Walking Dead returns we will have the rest of the year to celebrate every Sunday watching every corner of this universe!
