The Walking Dead returns for the second half of season 10 with “Squeeze.” Here’s what you need to know to watch episode 1009 on TV and online.
After a long hiatus, The Walking Dead is back for the mid-season premiere. In “Squeeze”, fans will finally learn what happens to the group of survivors trapped in the middle of Alpha’s cave.
At the end of the first half of season 10, Carol spotted Alpha and ran off in pursuit of her. Carol has been on a revenge mission since Alpha killed Henry, and she won’t stop until she has justice. Without realizing it, however, the rest of the group (Daryl, Magna, Aaron, Connie, Jerry and Kelly) followed her into the cave and now they’re trapped.
Given the hundreds (if not thousands) of walkers trapped inside the cave, it seems more than likely that Alpha created this place as a trap. This was no mere coincidence. (Unless, of course, the cave was like a garage for the walkers and she marches them in and out when she needs to hide the horde)
Regardless of why the cave is there, the fact remains that the group is trapped and no one is out there looking for them. Even if they did look, no one knows where they are. That means they’re on their own…for now.
Here’s the synopsis of The Walking Dead 1009, “Squeeze”:
“In the mid-season premiere, our group must figure out how to get out of a precarious situation.”
