1) This episode begins with a flashback to Dante being assigned his infiltration/sabotage mission inside the communities. This is the third “origin story” for a Whisperer we’ve seen in the show.

2) Dante is also only the fourth hostile (Behind Beta, Alpha, and Gareth/Terminus) to actually have their origin shown.

3) Among other things, Dante’s flashback reveals that he was the one who graffitied Alexandria with the “Silence The Whisperer” tags, meaning it was not an act of intimidation on the part of Margo, Alfred, or Gage.

4) It is also revealed in the flashback that Dante murdered Cheryl. Was this just another attempt to demoralize Siddiq, or…was it because Cheryl figured out his identity?

5) Assuming the guy Dante hit with a rock (To steal his clothes) died, Cheryl is the fourth person (Though, chronologically, third) that Dante has killed, alongside the captured Whisperer and Siddiq.
