2. Toby Flenderson

He may not be the most popular of characters on The Office and his monotone voice and non-stop discussion of the Scranton Strangler might annoy the heck out of you, but there isn’t a much better individual to have on your zombie apocalypse survival team than Toby.

Toby showed he has some great stamina by running Michael Scott’s Dunder Mifflin Scranton Meredith Palmer Memorial Celebrity Rabies Awareness Fun Run Pro-Am Race for the Cure in record time and showed that he didn’t mind taking risks like zip-lining or jumping over a locked gate to escape awkward situations.

On the downside, Toby isn’t very exciting. Conversation with him might be tough but at least you’ll have a consistent, yet unremarkable ally in your community. He should be considered for a role as a participant in a scouting group, but likely not a leader.

A good rule of thumb is to keep him away from Pam. His crush on Pam is cringeworthy, especially if she is already coupled up with Jim. And if he watched the documentary, he now knows that she thought he was kind of cute. Uh-oh!
