If you saw Beta in the latest episode of Walking Dead, you’ll know that those who survive a zombie apocalypse are tough, even (Especially?) the bad people.

There’s an old saying: “You can’t keep a good man down”. Well, while that’s true, in a zombie apocalypse, it’s also true that you can’t keep a bad man down, either.

What do I mean by that? Well, that’s what we’re going to discuss! In this week’s Survival Rule Of The Week, I’m hoping to impart upon you a few things you should expect, a few illusions you want shattered, and a few tips you should have about hostiles before you attempt to make a go of surviving out in a zombie-infested world.

Hopefully, by the time we’re done, you’re more alert to the threat such hostiles can pose to you in the apocalypse and the sort of mental pitfalls you can walk yourself into if you’re not careful.

Remember, you may not be able to control whether or not you run into hostiles, but, you can control how you prepare for them, and how you react to them.
