The Walking Dead showrunner Angela Kang shared a photo of Negan on set and it had Negan’s biggest fan “thirsty” for more of her man.

Some of the best moments from The Walking Dead happen behind the scenes and in the comments section of social media. There’s nothing like seeing the cast members interact in real life, complimenting each other on incredible performances and taunting and teasing each other in the spirit of good-natured rivalries. And when showrunner Angela Kang posts a picture of Negan, one of his biggest fans provides the best comment ever.

There was a lot to unpack in The Walking Dead episode “Morning Star”. Not only does it signal the start of the Whisperer War, but it also featured several key moments for beloved characters. Eugene and Rosita came to an understanding, Carol reconciled with Ezekiel, Daryl and Judith had a meeting of the minds, and Negan officially became a Whisperer.

When Kang posted a picture of Whisperer Negan drinking Starbucks on Instagram, it triggered some good natured banter between stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Ryan Hurst, but there was also a message from Negan’s biggest fan: Hilarie Burton Morgan.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan posted that “Pumpkin spice late [sic], equals a damn fine day! Says Janice from accounting.”

Ryan Hurst couldn’t help but respond: “I’m just gonna say it…Whisperer Negan looks more like–Janice from Accounting who just fell in the pool.”

However, it was Hilarie Burton Morgan who won the comments section: “He’s cute!!! Sign me up!” (She added three red hearts to punctuate her statement)

This isn’t the first time Hilarie Burton Morgan has commented on her husband’s antics on the show. She also made sure to chime in after episode 1009 when Negan and Alpha shared a love scene.

It’s always fun to see the cast having fun with each other, and the lighthearted banter helps when things start to get even darker on the show. The Whisperer War has just begun and things will get worse before they get better. For now, we’ll take Whisperer Negan sipping Starbucks.

The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9pm on AMC.
