5 WTF moments from The Walking Dead episode 1011

1. No way out!

This cliffhanger left fans feeling completely hopeless. We may have episode endings or events that one character is left in peril but it’s rare to have a group of lovable characters with no way out. When this episode ends, our Kingtop army has walkers and Whisperers on one side of them and a fiery gate on the other side and viewers know that someone we love will not make it out.

Not only is the Kingtop army in trouble, but all the families and children, and their entire way of life is on the line. All the crops they planted, all their houses, all the blacksmithing materiel, and more gone forever if everything burns. Even going near a fire at this point for Kingtop fighters can cause them to burn alive since they are covered in sap.

One huge reason this tops the WTF list is that since we have already lost Kingdom, losing Kingtop will be massively detrimental to the story going forward. This also leaves us with too many questions to list them all. The main ones being, will our favorites make it out alive? Will the children be okay? Will our people be too crushed to go on? This entire episode was a very big lead up to what is going to be a devastating episode next week. Now we can only hope things turn and benefit our survivors.
