War has come to Hilltop! If you got swept up in it and missed things in last Sunday’s The Walking Dead, catch up with the newest installment of Things To Note!

IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN!

I’ve been having a lot fun with the last few episodes of The Walking Dead, even before the midseason break, and this past Sunday/Friday’s episode did not disappoint.

While the communities have technically been at war with the Whisperers for a while, this was the first true battle of “The Whisperer War”, with Alpha using her horde as shock troops/cannon fodder, Beta creating a low-tech version of napalm, and Hilltop doing a good job of holding off the dead using mostly a makeshift electrified fence and a wall of thorns. Pretty cool little battle, if I do say so, myself.

Of course, with so much focus on the battle, there were a whole bunch of nifty little details that you easily could have overlooked. Fortunately, I’m here to help!
