4. The death of Kingtop

During season 10 episode 12 of The Walking Dead, we see the war within Kingtop and it is absolutely devastating. We see various shots all around the walls, buildings, and main Barrington house. Everything is up in flames. This is so sad for many reasons. There is just something about seeing the Barrington house up in flames that leaves a hole in your heart.

As fans we are often caught up in who is going to die next, The Walking Dead has become infamous for killing favorite characters. We don’t often consider losing buildings on the same caliber of loss. However in this case with Kingdom already gone and only Alexandria within close proximity this could be so detrimental to the welling being of our people.

It has been 5 seasons since our main group was on the road and before they found Alexandria their lives were looking bleak. Nobody would want them to go back to a place mentally like they were back then. Knowing they are one community away from being totally lost is very disheartening.

With Alpha now gone, Beta is left to pick up the pieces she left behind. He will not hesitate to also demolish Alexandria and any building or place that gets in the way. Any place where the group who just left Kingtop goes will now become a target. So the biggest WTF aspect of this number is the fact with so much lost, things could just be getting started!
