2. Beta finds the group

Since learning of Alpha’s death, Beta has completely lost it. He was horrifying and scary long before this event, but at least then it was based in reality. Not logical human thoughts of course, but he took orders from Alpha and actions based on events that happened around him. In 1015 fans were left gobsmacked at nearly every scene Beta was in.

During 1014 Beta was listening to Alpha’s decapitated head and in 1015 that morphed into voices coming from walkers. Yet with all of that in mind, somehow he finds the survivors. At the beginning of the episode, we learn that the hospital is inhabited by cats. If Beta is very familiar with the area, he knows about where these cats are living. So their location is easily deduced when he sees the cat.

While it might be obvious that viewers will not get away without a final showdown, this still makes the list based on the horrifying nature of these scenes and future impact. The ugly truth is not everyone will make it out of the horde alive. In the comic, it is one of the biggest characters who meet their fate and the show might be headed in the same direction.

On the bright side, Beta could also be marching the walkers forward to his death as well, but fans will not be getting anymore rejoicing moments until they get major heartbreak. This also leads to the winner of WTF moments this week, as this event couldn’t have unfolded without the other.
