Starting off with the new leader of the Whisperers, Beta has fallen off the deep end at the end of season 10.

Since discovering Alpha’s decapitated head on a pike, the hulking villain has been spiraling into insanity. In episode 1015, Beta began hearing random voices in his head, seemingly coming from the walkers around him. It’s clear that he cannot handle life without Alpha to guide him. He is desperate to avenge the former Whisperer leader at any cost, including his own life. This makes him both dangerous and unpredictable, as we have seen him already prove to be throughout the season.

Additionally, help seems to be on the way for the survivors trapped in the hospital, be it from the mysterious new community that Eugene and the others are trying to find or Maggie finally returning from her time with Georgie’s group. Beta would not expect another community to come in to save the survivors, so he could fall due to a surprise attack of sorts.

The Whisperers have the upper hand on the survivors right now, but will the voices in Beta’s head lead to his demise?
