Like Alden, Aaron has lost plenty of loved ones at the hands of the Whisperers and has been looking to get revenge by any means necessary throughout season 10.
As previously mentioned, the duo find themselves surrounded by Whisperers at the end of episode 1015. Aaron is more than capable in combat, but will he be able to fend off so many foes? That’s not to mention the confrontation with the unknown figure seen in the sneak peek for episode 1016. He’s in a bad situation, and it will take some skill and luck to make it out alive.
It’s also worth noting that Aaron’s daughter, Gracie, is among the survivors currently trapped in the hospital by the Whisperer horde. Aaron has shown time and time again on the show that he will do anything to protect the people he loves, so there is a real possibility that he would sacrifice himself to ensure Gracie and the others’ survival.
Aaron is a fan-favorite character, and his death would be an emotional gut-punch that viewers have come to expect from The Walking Dead‘s season finales.
