Help Doctors Without Borders and win a TWD Zoom call
Pollyanna McIntosh is spearheading a fundraiser for Doctors Without Borders, and fans can win a Zoom call with a member of The Walking Dead cast.
With so many things happening right now, supporting great causes is more important than ever. Pollyanna McIntosh wants to help raise money for Doctors Without Borders and she’s calling on her fellow cast members from The Walking Dead, past and present, to help.
From now through May 15, if you donate $5 or more to Doctors Without Borders you can win a ten minute Zoom call with a member of The Walking Dead cast of your choice. To enter, you must post proof of your donation on social media with the hashtag #TWD4DWB or you can email proof to TWD4DWB@gmail.com. The winner will be announced on May 15.
As of this writing, The Walking Dead cast members who are participating in raising money for this great cause include Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lennie James, Samantha Morgan, Khary Payton, Tom Payne, Cooper Andrews, Emily Kinney, Dan Fogler, Lauren Ridloff, Avi Nash, Michael Cudlitz, Cassady McClincy, Eleanor Matsuura or McIntosh herself. More cast members will be added, so keep an eye on McIntosh’s social media for updates.
Doctors Without Borders has been helping people in need all around the world for years. Now, with the novel coronavirus raging in almost every country, teams of caring medical workers are racing to help people in over 70 countries. According to the website, if you make a donation by April 30, your donation will be matched.
As always, helping good causes is a great thing to do because helping others in their time of need is what the TWD Family is known for, but having a really awesome incentive will hopefully inspire more people to donate.
