Portrayed by the brilliant Cassady McClincy, Lydia has quickly become a beloved character since showing up for the first time in The Walking Dead season 9. While she started off as an enemy of the survivors, Lydia garners sympathy for her troubled past, from both fans and characters, alike.

That isn’t to say that Lydia doesn’t have issues with people in the communities because of her past, however. In season 10, Lydia faces constant mistreatment due to her Whisperer past. While she has some people looking out for her, the tragedy of the loss at the hands of Alpha’s villainous group led many characters to unjustly take their anger out on Lydia.
