Get your sangria ready: If you missed this week’s episode of Bottomless Brunch with Colman starring Fear the Walking Dead’s Colman Domingo, you can watch the episode featuring his special guests Common and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

There’s nothing better than brunch with good food and close friends. The May 17 episode of Bottomless Brunch with Colman had them both as Domingo and his friends Common and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II talked sangria, Colamn’s slow-cooked ribs and life during quarantine.

Common is a multi-hyphenate artist whose career began in the 1990s and has only gotten bigger with each passing year. In addition to his impressive collection of Grammy Awards, in 2015 he won the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Original Song for “Glory”, which appeared in the 2014 film Selma. Common is also a prolific actor who has appeared in several movies and television shows. (Watch the episode to see what Common says about all of those names listed on Wikipedia…)

Abdul-Mateen II has enjoyed a stellar career. Comic book fans will remember him fondly for portraying the villainous Black Manta in Aquaman, and he also appeared in the critically acclaimed HBO series Watchmen. Abdul-Mateen II appeared in Jordan Peele’s Us, and he will also appear in Peele’s upcoming thriller Candyman.

As you can see, the three friends had a fantastic time brunching with Domingo, who is the consummate host with the most:

Domingo has a knack for bringing people together at his parties and brunches, and this week’s episode is no different. Though he starred with both Common (Selma) and Abdul-Mateen II (First Match, Candyman), he brings people together so that if they weren’t best friends before the party, they are by the time the party ends.
