The Walking Dead’s Chandler Riggs is renting out his Los Angeles guest house

If you’re in the market for a new place to live in Southern California, The Walking Dead’s Chandler Riggs is looking for someone to rent out his guest house. Riggs owns a farmhouse-style home in the Hollywood Hills near Lake Hollywood and it’s big enough to share the space with a tenant.

The five bedroom, five bathroom home is nestled in the Hills, which helps to create the privacy that so many celebrities crave. The homes are marvelously spacious, too, and when it comes to the guesthouse the space is 700 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths, its own kitchen and magnificent mountain views. It comes fully furnished and is located on a different level than the main house, which means privacy for Riggs and his tenant.

Riggs, who is 20, purchased the home in 2019 for just over $1.7 million, which might sound like a lot of money but is really a good deal for the Hollywood Hills. It’s no wonder, though, that he’s looking to make a little money on the side by renting out the guest house, which is the size of a small home by itself. He’s asking for $3700/month for rent.

The Walking Dead fans watched Riggs grow up before their eyes. As Rick Grimes’ son Carl, Riggs had to face some incredibly intense situations over the years, including having to watch his TV mom Sarah Wayne Callies deliver his TV sister, and then kill her before she could turn into a walker.

Carl was also known for getting into trouble because he had a tendency to go out after being told to stay home, and this could throw a wrench into his tenant search, as one fan pointed out:

Carl’s optimistic view of the future served as a guiding principle after his tragic death, ensuring that his presence will continue to be felt even though he is no longer around.
