Fear TWD star Karen David is selling a custom shirt to raise money for the NAACP
The Fear the Walking Dead fandom is truly blessed to have a phenomenal group of people working on a much beloved show. Every member of the cast shines in their daily lives, highlighting important causes and being all-around good people. Fear TWD star Karen David is using her platform to raise money for good causes, and for a limited time the purchase of a custom shirt will benefit the NAACP and its work.
David, who is known for her work on many popular shows like Galavant, Legacies and Once Upon a Time in addition to Fear TWD, has created a limited edition shirt to help benefit the NAACP.
The shirt features a very powerful message: “Ready for a Whole New World”, paying tribute to her role as Princess Jasmine on OUAT. There’s even a magic carpet in the design, because right now the world needs a little magic. In addition to sending a message about hope for a better future, proceeds from sales will help the NAACP’s efforts to fight injustice and help to make the world a better place.

Shirts can be purchased on the Shopstands website for $25.99, and there is a note that says they will not be ready to ship until the third week of July.
David, who (rather appropriately) plays Grace on Fear TWD, has spent her time in quarantine doing what she can to raise spirits and inspire change. Her Tea with Karen web series has been a monumental hit. David is joined in each broadcast by friends from across her many projects, and each episode features a special Tea with Karen Challenge to help inspire fans during these uncertain times.
The series started out as a way to entertain people stuck at home during shelter in place orders. Tea with Karen has become more than entertainment, though. The uplifting tone of the show is coupled with powerful messages of hope, empowerment and the need to help others. David has created a worldwide community of fans and together they have made these dark times a little brighter.
