Comic-Con at Home is coming and here’s how you can watch The Walking Dead panels

There’s a silver lining in almost every situation, and when it comes to San Diego Comic-Con being cancelled, the upside is that the elusive Hall H panels will now be accessible to everyone. The Walking Dead will have a major presence at Comic-Con at Home, so you need to make sure you can access all of the fun.

AMC announced that The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead and World Beyond will all have their own panels at Comic-Con at Home, in addition to Skybound’s announcement that there will be two big Robert Kirkman panels taking place as well.

Comic-Con at Home will take place online July 22-26 and function much the same as an in-person convention, complete with panels and a fully loaded Exhibit Hall.

If tradition holds, then The Walking Dead Universe panels will take place on Friday, July 24. (This is not confirmed as of this writing, but it follows historical scheduling data)

Comic-Con International advises fans to subscribe to their YouTube channel and use the notification function to set reminders. That way you will be alerted when the panels go live.

According to Comic-Con International, SDCC’s parent company, the online Exhibit Hall and Artists Alley will feature many of the vendors who would have been at the event, and they will offer special convention deals to fans online. Sales will begin on July 22 and end on July 26, same as they would if the event was being held at the San Diego Convention Center.

Though it’s unfortunate that SDCC has been cancelled this year, the silver lining is that the panels will be available to everyone for free, all around the world. You’ll be able to watch the TWD cast talk about the season 10 finale (and hopefully announce a release date) and (hopefully) get release dates for Fear TWD season 6 and World Beyond season 1.
