5 characters who need to return to Fear the Walking Dead

By now, most fans have given up on the idea of Tobias returning to Fear the Walking Dead. It feels like forever ago that he left the show to survive the zombie apocalypse on his own with the prepper community he was in contact with online.
It would be nice to have some more forward-thinking survivors on the show. So far, seasons 3 and 4 have been mostly reactionary by the survivors, responding to calls from survivors and rolling with the punches. Having someone to handle things at home base and prepare for the future would be a great benefit.
With an ensemble cast like on this show, having someone with a focused job would be compelling, He could help to enhance the journey of other characters as well as help prepare younger survivors for the challenges they will face growing up in the zombie apocalypse.
Sadly, this is venturing into the territory of Morales, a survivor on The Walking Dead who took too long to re-emerge and viewers didn’t care when he popped up. If the show waits much longer to bring Tobias back, the window will likely be closed on ever seeing him again.
