3. David Bakhtiari, offensive line – Green Bay Packers

When thinking of the most likely survivors of a zombie apocalypse, not very many people would think of an NFL offensive lineman. However, these big guys have a lot more to offer a group than just brute strength.

David Bakhtiari is the left tackle for the Packers and is tasked with securing the blindside to protect quarterback Aaron Rodgers. The fact Green Bay and one of the top passers in NFL history believe in him should be a good clue that he would be able to fit into a community well.

There is a good reason he’s an elite blocker. His powerful arms and legs make him tough to move. Add in his excellent footwork and good movement skills, and you have someone who can do just about anything you ask him to do.

Bakhtiari also seems like a fun-loving guy. He is entertaining when off the field and does so with a big smile but when it comes time to get to work, anyone who gets in his way is in for a world of hurt.
