Birthday wishes go out to Fear TWD star Alycia Debnam-Carey on her big day
Alycia Debnam-Carey is one of the few original cast members left on Fear the Walking Dead. She has been there from the very beginning and over the years, Alicia Clark has experienced tremendous loss. Through it all, Debnam-Carey has been the epitome of style and grace and on July 20 she celebrates her birthday.
When times get rough for Alicia Clark, Alycia Debnam-Carey fills her world with bright colors. In fact, she once told Undead Walking during an interview that she becomes “girlier” in real life to compensate with the darkness on Fear TWD.
Over the past few months, Debnam-Carey has championed various causes on her social media, including encouraging donations for the wildfires in Australia and supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. She has also been serving as a brand ambassador for the Philosophy skincare line.

Given where things left off at the end of season 5, Alicia Clark’s journey in season 6 is heading into perilous territory as she and Victor Strand struggle to survive after being separated from their friends by Virginia and her people. Though Virginia preaches a better way of life, from what the survivors have seen she’s not exactly trustworthy.
If you look at Alicia Clark’s story over the past five seasons of Fear the Walking Dead, she has experienced the greatest loss of almost any character in The Walking Dead Universe. She lost Chris, Travis, Jake and then her mother Madison, all in very quick succession. Just when it looked like things were getting better, her brother Nick died, too. Since then, she has been reeling emotionally but she’s on the mend and ready to get back to being every bit her mother’s daughter.

Debnam-Carey will appear at the Comic-Con at Home panel with the rest of the Fear TWD cast on July 24, and fans will finally learn when season 6 will premiere.
