Let’s take a look at the best Norman Reedus moments from the TWD panel

We received fantastic news from SDCC regarding the whole TWD Universe. The season 10 finale of season 10 of The Walking Dead will finally air on October 4th. The finale will immediately be followed by the premiere of The Walking Dead: World Beyond. And, the following weekend, we will get the premiere of season six of Fear The Walking Dead. In addition to that, we will get an extra six episodes to The Walking Dead’s season ten.

This year SDCC was forced to go virtual due to the pandemic, and although many of the elements were missing, the panels felt much more intimate. You could hear the answers of the panelists, and there wasn’t a lot of wasted time waiting on laughter and applause.

Norman Reedus is always a fan favorite of The Walking Dead cast. He is funny and engaging, and you never know what he is going to do. That held true this year during the Comic-Con at Home panel.

Hardwick asked Reedus how Daryl handled all of the events that were thrown at him this season. Reedus went on to discuss all the things Daryl had to endure, including trust issues, his friend having a nervous breakdown, losing Michonne, and his promise to care for her children. He stated it was mentally exhausting.

They also discussed Daryl’s need for isolation and the fact he is always thrown into situations he doesn’t want to be in.

The first fan question for Reedus was, “Is Daryl itching for a rematch against Beta?”

The response was, “I don’t know he is a BIG guy,” which brought laughter and nods of agreement from the panelists. He went on to state that Daryl would probably rather shoot him in the ass from a distance with his crossbow. He also shared that after their first fight, he had to take a lot of Excedrin the next day.

Khary Payton jumped in, stating that was an honest answer because “that guy is huge,” referring to Ryan Hurst, who plays Beta. Others in the panel nodded in agreement regarding the size of Hurst.

Of course, we all wait for Reedus to do something funny. At one point, he must have had trouble hearing everything and was using his phone to listen to the panel. Then he was drinking from a little milk carton looking box, and he  showed it to the camera and said, “this is vodka, by the way.”

Hardwick asked Reedus if Judith had told him where Michonne went would he have followed her? He answered, not at that moment. Daryl would have realized his responsibilities in caring for the children and others in the communities.

The next fan question for Reedus was a fun one; it was a would you rather question. “If your life depended on choosing one of the following would you choose to ride a tiny Judith sized motorcycle for the rest of your life or get a Normacorn tattoo covering your entire back?”  He shared that he did get a DIY tattoo kit, so that could be a possibility. He felt that the motorcycle would be uncomfortable, so he would go with the tattoo.

Norman got a bit jealous when Melissa McBride (Carol Peltier) stated she was excited to work with Jeffery Dean Morgan (Negan) this season. He said even waved his hand at her and left the screen for a moment and then looked all pouty when he returned.

Next. Carol and Daryl question causes chaos on TWD Comic Con panel. dark

It was a great panel and so fun to see Norman Reedus our Walking Dead cast together again. The news coming out of SDCC for TWD Universe was an exciting point in a year that has brought a lot of disappointment to fans.
