It was recently announced that Martin-Green would join Robert Kirman’s new project Invincible, based on a comic book that he wrote. Invincible will be an animated series featured on Amazon Prime. Other Walking Dead cast members involved are Steven Yeun, Khary Payton, Chad Coleman, Lauren Cohan, Michael Cudlitz, Lennie James, and Ross Marquand.

The Greens met at the McCarter Theater in Princeton, New Jersey, while working on a play called Fetch Clay, Make Men. They have gone on to appear in two other shows together.

Both have starred in The Walking Dead, although they were only featured in one scene together. Martin-Green’s character, Sasha, was killed off in season seven, but Green’s character, Scott, is still alive and well in Alexandria.

The couple also starred in Star Trek: Discovery together. Green played Mike Burnham, who is the father of Martin-Green’s Michael Burnham.
