Podcast: Fear TWD star Garret Dillahunt wasn’t kidding
The Undead Walking Podcast confirms that Fear TWD catering is amazing
Garret Dillahunt wasn’t lying when he said that catering on the Fear TWD set is amazing. Dillahunt made the remarks during the Comic-Con at Home panel and it stood out to Undead Walking Podcast host Sarabeth Pollock, who had a chance to visit the set. She talks about her experience during the latest episode of the podcast, available now.
It’s hard to imagine five star cuisine being prepped and prepared in a tent in the middle of nowhere but that’s exactly what happens every day on the Fear the Walking Dead set. In fact, the cast and crew are so enamored of their catering team that they made sure to bring them back for season 5 and 6.
Indeed, cooking for a hundred people is hard enough, but doing it with generators and a portable kitchen is even harder and yet the Fear TWD caterers manage to serve up vegan and vegetarian options, gluten free treats and mouth-watering creations you would expect in a restaurant.
While discussions set visits, Sarabeth also talks about her experience visiting the World Beyond set and how the trailers don’t do the show justice. The pilot episode is so good, and we’re hoping you check it out before jumping to conclusions.
Next week’s guest is none other than Charlie herself, Fear TWD star Alexa Nisenson. Make sure you send in your questions before Wednesday and we might pick yours to ask her during the podcast.
