Keep the holiday weekend vibes going with Bottomless Brunch with Colman Domingo

Colman Domingo knows how to throw a party. The Fear the Walking Dead star and true Renaissance Man hosted another edition of Bottomless Brunch with Colman Domingo and this week’s guests are his friends Julia Stiles and Daveed Diggs.

Bottomless Brunch has become a weekend staple, but with the holiday weekend you might have missed all of the fun so you can get caught up now.

The episode kicks off with Domingo’s backyard transformation as he creates a coffeehouse vibe, complete with bathroom key on a ladle and a takeout cup with his name spelled rather creatively.

This week’s guests included Stiles, who stars with Domingo in an upcoming film called The God Committee (which will be released at some point in the future). Stiles has been in a number of shows and movies over the years, and she was most recently seen in Hustlers and Riviera. Tony and Grammy Award winner Diggs has been one of the standout members of Hamilton, playing Thomas Jefferson and the Marquis de Lafayette.

This week’s drink is a Bloody Mary. Domingo walks his guests and viewers through the basics of this beloved brunch staple and they also shared recipes for some brunch meals, too. Stiles shares her recipe for kimchi mayo, which features heavily in her deviled eggs. Diggs opted for a more traditional brunch option of potatoes and peppers that he cooked together with peppers from his garden. Domingo wowed with his boiled egg salad with fresh tomatoes, basil, cheese and olive oil.
