The Fandemic Dead virtual event will feature Walking Dead Cast in October.

The Walking Dead has been making headlines this week, and now Fandemic Dead brings us an outstanding virtual event to add to the excitement.

October 11 and 12, Fandemic Dead will host a virtual event with some of your favorite Walking Dead Cast members. Earlier in the year, Fandamic announced that it would be postponing it is an in-person event that was scheduled for the end of October in Atlanta. This saddened many fans who were eager to attend a con once again and meet their favorites.

Fandemic announced the guests that will be involved in their virtual event. You can purchase virtual meet and greets or autographs from Norman Reedus, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Cooper Andrews, Jon Bernthal, Joshua Mikel, and Pollyanna McIntosh. There will also be live panels with the above-mentioned cast members that will take place on October 10 at 1:30 pm EDT.

You can find all the information at the Fandemic Dead website, and that is where you can purchase your meet and greets, autos, and/or access to the live panel.

The meet and greet will be a private 2-minute video chat, and that fee will also give you access to the virtual panels. The panels will consist of two 45 minute moderated panels with selected guests. The price for both panels is only $10, and $5 will be donated to charity. The Autographs will be mailed to the purchaser in 4-6 weeks and will not be able to be personalized.

Fandemic made the announcement via social media.

Keep in mind that this coincides with NYCC, who will also be holding a virtual convention on October 8-11.  So, be sure to schedule accordingly.

With the outbreak of the coronavirus, gathering in huge crowds is definitely not something fans want to participate in. Other events have gone virtual and seen great success with this format.

It was announced this week that The Walking Dead would be ending after its 11th season. Fans are currently awaiting October 4, when they will be able to view the long-awaited finale for season 10. That night will also be the premiere of the second spinoff, The Walking Dead World Beyond. The first spinoff, Fear The Walking Dead, will start off its sixth season on October 11.
