Norman Reedus to be a part of Cat Con Worldwide

CatCon Worldwide will feature Norman Reedus in its virtual event
Almost every fan of Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon on The Walking Dead, knows the story of his cat Eye in the Dark. Reedus adopted a rescue kitty for his son, who was five at the time. His son came up with the name because when the black cat laid on the black floors, they could only see its eyes.
Now Reedus will be a guest at CatCon Worldwide, and with all the love he has for his cat, it is no surprise. If you look at Reedus’ Instagram, you can find many great photos of his cat and stories about the two traveling together by plane or even Jeep rides from New York to Georgia.
If you aren’t familiar with CatCon, it is the biggest cat-centric pop culture event in the world. Obviously, from the name, you can understand that the theme of this even is felines. This year the event has gone virtual and will take place on October 10 and 11. The event will feature pre-recorded seminars, exclusive live content, PSAs, sponsor ads, and some surprises. Exhibitors will have their virtual booths where you can connect with them regarding their products.
The Instagram post below lays out the whole list of guests. It is unclear what Reedus’ part in this event will be, but it is sure to be something fun for fans to join.

Each year the event supports many charities. The charities for the 2020 event include Ferndale Cat Shelter, Luxe Paws, North Shore Animal League American, Planned PEThood, and Red Rover. You can learn about each organization and its missions on the CatCon blog. For every admission ticket that is sold, $5 goes to the charities.
Be sure to catch Norman Reedus at CatCon Worldwide October 10 and 11 and in the long-awaited season ten finale of The Walking Dead on October 4.
