1. “I don’t need a doctor, damn it, I am a doctor!”

A community needs someone trained to deal with medical issues. However, if your favorite character is a doctor or starts training to become involved with medicine, it is a really bad sign for their future on The Walking Dead.

By now, fans likely know the fate of doctors on the show. Enid, Siddiq, and Dante were all medics who met their end in season 10, and even before that time characters like the Carson brothers, Hershel, Caleb, Lily, Denise, Patricia, Pete, and a HUGE list of others saw their demise.

It seems like a never-ending cycle of death for anyone capable of dealing with injuries. Even if they aren’t professionals, didn’t work primarily with humans, or are learning the trade, they are immediately in much more danger than regular survivors as soon as they start helping people.

Going forward, it would be best if all the doctors in the communities were nameless characters who don’t get much focus on the show. That way, there won’t be as much heartache when they all die off at alarming rates.
