The Walking Dead receives 4 People’s Choice nominations

The Walking Dead is nominated for four People’s Choice Awards, be sure to vote.

The People’s Choice nominations have been released, and The Walking Dead has received four of the nominations. E! Online released the nominations on October 1, and voting was enabled immediately.

The Walking Dead has announced that season eleven will be the final season for the series, but we are far from that end date. We still have the season ten finale “A Certain Doom”, six bonus episodes after season ten, as well as the twenty-four episodes of season eleven.

The four categories that The Walking Dead is nominated for are The Drama Show of 2020, The Male TV Star of 2020, The Female TV Star of 2020 and The Drama Star of 2020.

The Drama Show category is stacked. The Walking Dead is up against some tough competition. Other shows nominated are Grey’s Anatomy, Law And Order: SVU, Outer Banks, Ozark, Power, Riverdale and This is Us. 

Norman Reedus is nominated in the Male TV Star category, and he has a lot of competition.  Reedus is up against Chase Stokes, Outer Banks, Cole Sprouse, Riverdale, Dan Levy, Schitt’s Creek, Jason Bateman, Ozark, Jesse Williams, Grey’s Anatomy, Sterling K. Brown, This Is Us and Steve Carell, Space Force.

Danai Gurira is nominated in two categories, the first being Female TV Star, and she also has some outstanding competition. She is up against Christina Applegate, Dead To Me, Ellen Pompeo, Grey’s Anatomy, Lili Reinhart, Riverdale, Mandy Moore, This Is Us, Mariska Hargitay, Law & Order: SVU, Sandra Oh, Killing Eve andSofía Vergara, Modern Family.

The second category for Gurira is Drama TV Star, and she is up against some of the same incredible talent as in the first category and some others added in. This list consists of Gurira along with Cole Sprouse, Riverdale, Chase Stokes, Outer Banks, Ellen Pompeo, Grey’s Anatomy, Mandy Moore, This Is Us, Mariska Hargitay, Law & Order: SVU, Sandra Oh, Killing Eve and Sterling K. Brown, This Is Us.

The Walking Dead has some serious competition in each of its categories, but this is the People’s Choice awards, so be sure to log on daily and vote.
