The Walking Dead: World Beyond Cast Kickoff Party on YouTube
Join the cast of The Walking Dead: World Beyond as they kick off the new show
It’s time to get hyped about The Walking Dead: World Beyond if you weren’t hyped already. The newest show in the TWD Universe debuts on AMC on October 4, but AMC Premiere and AMC+ subscribers have already tuned in and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out or if you’re already a fan, you’ll want to join the cast for the World Beyond Cast Kickoff Party on YouTube on Saturday.
The World Beyond cast is getting together at 6pm ET on The Walking Dead YouTube channel to talk about the show and introduce themselves to fans. There will be guest appearances from across the TWD Universe so make sure you tune in to see who stops by.
World Beyond introduces a whole new world to the franchise. Set in Nebraska, the show follows a group of teens and their guardians as they undertake a very important mission. They had been living well at a university when the world fell apart, but they realize that they have no choice but to venture outside the walls.
Based on the preview image of the event (which is likely pre-recorded), cast members confirmed to be in attendance are Nicolas Cantu (Elton), Alexa Mansour (Hope), Aliyah Royale (Iris), Hal Cumpston (Silas), Nico Tortorella (Felix) and Annet Mahendru (Huck).
This is an exciting time for TWD fans as the universe continues to expand. The Walking Dead might be ending in 2022, but there is still plenty of ground yet to cover. Fear the Walking Dead is entering its sixth season and there are two new spin-offs, a Carol and Daryl centric series and the anthology Tales of the Walking Dead to follow. That’s not counting the Rick Grimes movie (or movies?), video games and comic books. In other words, the TWD Universe is strong and World Beyond is the newest member of the family.
Catch the World Beyond Cast Kickoff Party on Saturday, October 3 at 6pm ET and then be sure to watch the series premiere on Sunday, October 4 at 10pm ET on AMC.
