4. Everything surrounding Beatrice
Everything regarding Beatrice in this episode left viewers saying WTF. Starting with Oceanside not trusting Lydia. Lydia is a character that has been through more than any of the current cast could ever even imagine so every time someone mistreats her or is unkind fans don’t respond well to it and rightfully so. Lydia is a sweet girl with tons of potential and fans just want to see the best for her, so WTF Beatrice!
As Daryl said before everyone started the mission to move equipment, not everyone will make it out of this alive. With the news that Daryl and Carol are going to be getting their own spin-off, all the suspense and worry is taken away from the scenes when they are on screen. When Carol and Beatrice are revealed to be the last people still in the horde of walkers, fans know that Beatrice is in serious trouble.
Much like with Noah’s death, viewers have to witness Beatrice be killed, screaming in pain while blood pours out and guts are torn from her body and eaten. It’s one of the goriest and sickening ways to die in The Walking Dead. At least this time it was a character fans had formed less of an attachment too, still WTF!
