The Walking Dead: World Beyond premiere gave viewers shocking moments
The Walking Dead: World Beyond premiere was absolutely incredible. This extra-long 53-minute episode was packed to the brim with insane content that left fans with every emotion possible. WTF moments came in droves and it’s hard to narrow down to only 5!
This episode provided an amazing look into what life is like for a group, that for the majority of the time has been sheltered. Very similar to how Alexandria was in the main show before our survivors showed up, but on a larger scale. The campus colony had over 9,000 members within its walls until CRM showed up.
Before readers hop into the 5 meaty main moments, let’s take a look at the two honorable mentions of the week. The first is the death of the therapist Iris went to see, it’s safe to say this death impacted Iris a lot. While the death doesn’t come across as shocking, fans definitely said WTF to how prepared this community is to handle deaths like these.
The other honorable mention is all the potential connections to the other TV shows. Elizabeth mentioned a daughter which immediately made fans think of Isabelle from Fear the Walking Dead. Elizabeth also had the exact same map Althea videoed in the other spin-off series. This alone has hooked so many fans into staying for the entirety of the 2 seasons, it’s so intriguing!
