The fans of The Walking Dead react to that long-awaited season ten finale

The season ten finale for The Walking Dead has received much praise. This episode was supposed to air in April, so fans were ready to have the series back in their lives. It was an action-packed episode with many ups and downs, but it was worth the wait.

The episode kept us on the edge of our seats throughout, anticipating who would die and Maggie’s return. Sadly, Beatrice lost her life in the walker/Whisperer horde.  Not so sadly, Beta was finally taken down by Daryl Dixon. Maggie returned just in time to save Father Gabriel’s life with her new masked companion.

There was major drama with Carol and the horde going over the cliff. Luckily, Lydia saved Carol in the nick of time. It will be interesting to see the interactions between these two characters in the future.

The cinematography of this episode was amazing. The up-close and personal shots of the group making their way through the horde, the aerial shot of the giant horde around the hospital, the horde going over the cliff were outstanding.

Some fans expressed how excited they were to see this episode to tie up the end of season ten.
